1、Why should I buy from Foshan Baojialiya Sanitary Ware?

Foshan Baojialiya Sanitary Ware is a factory. We make steam rooms, sauna rooms, Whirlpool bathtubs and swim spas ourselves. 2、How do I know which product fits me?

It depends on your bathroom size, the type you want (steam room, sauna room, Whirlpool bathtub or swim spa), the finish and your budget. Send us your bathroom size and we will help you choose. Contact us and we will reply fast.

3、What is your warranty?

All BAOJIALIYA products have 5 years structural warranty and 3 years parts warranty. Please keep your order number. The warranty does not cover installation labor or freight.

4、Are your products new?

Yes. All our products are brand new, sealed in the factory, and ship directly from our factory. We never sell used or refurbished units.

6、How do you ship the products?

Sauna rooms, steam rooms and bathtubs are packed in standard fumigation‑free plywood crates, suitable for sea or air shipment. Available trade terms:【EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP】. Please inspect the products and packaging before signing for acceptance.

7、How long does production take?

Our products are custom‑made. The normal production lead time is 15‑30 days after receiving your deposit and order confirmation. Lead time will be longer for large orders, and we will inform you of the exact delivery time.

8、What if my product arrives damaged?

Check every crate before the driver leaves. If damaged, write "DAMAGED" on the delivery note and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will fix it fast.

9、Do you need a plumber and electrician to install a steam shower room?

Yes. A licensed plumber must connect the hot‑cold water supply lines and drain pipes. A licensed electrician must install a dedicated circuit. The steam shower room requires a dedicated circuit with residual‑current protection device. This work must be carried out by qualified professionals and comply with local building codes.

10、10.What are the electrical requirements for steam rooms and whirlpool bathtubs?

Most steam rooms require a dedicated 240V circuit for the steam generator, while most whirlpool bathtubs require a dedicated 220V/50Hz circuit equipped with GFCI (ground-fault circuit interrupter) protection. Please refer to the electrical specifications on the product page and have a licensed electrician verify the requirements prior to installation.

11、Does a steam room need a floor drain?

Yes. All steam rooms need a floor drain, flat with the floor, at least DN50 (2 inch). The drain must line up with the drain of the unit. Check the drawing of your model.

12、What wall preparation is needed?

For corner steam shower room installation, two finished and tiled walls which are plumb and square are required. Wall waterproofing and full tiling shall be completed before shower room installation. For skirt bathtubs, wall‑mount condition depends on the number of skirt sides: ● Double‑skirt bathtub: install against 2 walls ● Triple‑skirt bathtub: install against 1 wall ● Single long‑skirt bathtub: install against 3 walls

13、What's the difference between a steam shower and a normal shower?

Steam shower rooms are fully‑enclosed units with a built‑in steam generator. Steam is trapped inside, similar to steam rooms in spa centers. Most BaojiaLIya steam rooms also come with an LCD display, massage jets, overhead rain shower, Bluetooth audio, exhaust fan and lighting.

14、Infrared sauna vs traditional sauna?

A traditional sauna heats stones with an electric heater to warm the air — hot and surround you. An infrared sauna uses infrared heaters, the heat goes straight into your skin and muscles — lower temperature but deeper, good for muscle recovery. We make both types.

15、How much does it cost to run a steam room?

It depends on the model and how you use it. A typical 【3kW】generator running 30 minutes costs about 【$0.15–$0.25】in electricity. Daily use adds only about 【$4–$8】a month.

16、What is ozone cleaning?

This is an optional built‑in self‑cleaning function. After each use, ozone gas disinfects the inside of the steam room. It prevents mold, fungi and bacteria from growing in humid conditions. It is recommended to run this function after every use.

17、Whirlpool tub vs air tub?

Whirlpool massage bathtubs circulate water through jets to deliver targeted powerful massage. Air bathtubs inject air through small bottom holes to create gentle full‑body bubble massage. Many of our bathtubs have both systems.

18、What's good about a walk-in tub for seniors?

It has a low step and a side door, so elderly people can walk in and sit down safely — no need to step over a high tub wall. Good for people with weak legs or who worry about falling.

19、Do whirlpool bathtubs require a special plumbing system?

No, it is not necessary. Our whirlpool bathtubs connect to standard hot and cold water lines and use the same drainage method as regular bathtubs; you simply need to ensure the drain outlet is properly aligned.

20、What is the constant‑temperature function?

This is an optional accessory for many models. The heater keeps the water temperature steady throughout your bath. You do not need to add hot water halfway. It is ideal for long‑time therapeutic soaking.

21、What is an ice bath / swim spa?

Cold plunge pools are used for cold water recovery after exercise. Spa pools feature powerful water currents, allowing you to swim in place or do aquatic workouts.

22、What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T, L/C, and [other methods, such as Western Union/PayPal]. For the initial order, a 【50%】 deposit is generally required, with the balance payable before shipment.

23、Do you have a MOQ (minimum order)?

MOQ is 【1】unit(s) for standard models. OEM / custom orders may have a different MOQ. Please ask us and we will tell you.
